National Employ Older Workers Week 2013

Posted by Emma Wallace - On July 10, 2013 (EST)

National Employee Older Worker Week is September 22-28, 2013! Our theme this year is that older workers are a valuable asset for employers, especially as it relates to mentoring and being a role model for younger workers. We are providing files for two posters in two sizes for NEOWW.  The smaller-sized poster is 8.5x11 inches, and can be easily produced on a desktop printer; the larger size is 16x20 inches. Each poster is available in English and Spanish.

In addition, we have also provided a one-page handout on the value of older workers that can be used when engaging with businesses and other employers.

The posters and handout are available for download under the Resources tab. You are welcome to print or electronically distribute these posters however you like.

Happy National Employ Older Workers Week!
