The Social Security Administration will host a webinar on "Benefit Verification Letters Online, Easy as 1-2-3" on January 9, at 1pm ET. The webinar is designed for advocates, social service agencies, and other third parties to help promote the use of Social Security's online service options.

On Thursday, December 5 from 2-3pm ET, we will hold our inaugural technical assistance online chat! The topic will be providing computer training for SCSEP participants.

We’ve asked our colleagues from the Texas Workforce Commission/Experience Works, Senior Service America, and AARP Foundation to provide one-page overviews of what they currently do to provide computer training to participants.
